  • Availability: All products, bundles, and VIP tier allocations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices on our site are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate.

  • Prices for our products and tier allocations are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

5. Cancellations and Returns (Your Statutory Rights)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • Cooling-Off Period: You have 14 days from the day after the products are delivered to notify us that you wish to cancel.

  • Condition of Returns: Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we can only accept returns of skincare products if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days to your original payment method.

6. Delivery

We will deliver the products to the address you specify during checkout. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.

All content on this site, including the "Glass Skin Protocol," "Skin Cycling Tracker," branding, images, logos, and text, is the property of Kaya and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
